495 events later. From small rentals to huge arena shows. Each one was an exciting opportunity to showcase the Technical Elements team’s skills and create memorable moments for our clients and their guests.
Owner Cosbie Hollenbeck and Zach Sturino, our Senior Director of Events, take a look back and reminisce on 2025. One thing that was abundantly clear: We love what we do, and we can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store!
What New Event Tech Or Tools Made The Biggest Impact On Engagement This Year?
When done well, the tech really helps create the environment and set the tone for the event. A few of the innovative tech assets we used included:
- AI Meta Glasses: They offered a great new perspective and were a fun experience
- 360 Cameras: These were a fun feature that created a unique experience for attendees
- Generative AI: This was great for remixing photo walls in a fresh new way
Name A Few of Your Favorite Events From 2025
Samaritan’s Purse and Billy Graham Evangelical Association

This event was the maiden voyage and our first real test under Cosbie’s new ownership. We put together a big show, and it was Zach’s first run leading from the producer side.
We overcame a difficult venue, a full and tight schedule, and a loading dock location issue to deliver a truly impactful event for this non-profit organization. The results were phenomenal and met or exceeded past events for this organization on every front.
Richard Branson and Virgin Voyages

We got the opportunity to partner with Virgin Voyages and Proof Media to showcase Virgin Voyages’ latest Cruise Ship, Brilliant Lady.
Filming Richard Branson and helping to produce a live event at sea was incredible. Pulling into Pier 90 past the Statue of Liberty was such an incredible moment to capture for the client.
Pruitt Health
This was a new client for us, and we hit the ground running with a challenging timeline. But the Technical Elements team delivered top-notch production and stage design services, and overall, it was a highly successful event that we all enjoyed seeing come together.

How Does Technical Elements Get Big-Impact Outcomes On Repeat?
