Samaritan’s Purse North American Ministries Team and the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team tapped us to plan and produce their 2025 Sharing Hope in Jesus’ Name Conference in Denver, Colorado. This annual event is attended by approximately 1,500 people from around the nation, and our team was brought in from the start to ensure the best possible outcome.
The Conference’s Key Goals
The goal of the 2025 Sharing Hope in Jesus’ Name Conference was to provide training and encouragement to Natural Disaster Response Teams from all around the country. It was a positive and uplifting event designed to bless and edify those in attendance, better equipping them to serve in a crisis. Through clear messaging, creative concept development, and high-quality production services, our directive was to create a memorable and effective event for all.
Conference Challenges
The planning and design for this event were easily accomplished, and all the challenges we faced were show-related. It was a difficult venue, with a full and tight schedule, and a loading dock location that was too far away to be convenient.
Our Strategic Approach To Goals and Challenges
To overcome challenges and hit the event’s targeted goals, we expanded the human resources on our team. This helped to mitigate the venue challenges and ensure all features and moments went smoothly. Two of our team members filled new positions (Dakota and Zach) and went above and beyond to execute every second with precision.
Here’s everything we brought to the table:
- AV Production
- Stage and Decor Setup
- Lighting Design
- Creative Concept Development
- Video Production
- Graphic Design
- LED and Stage Design
- Provided Equipment
- On-Site Management
“Wow-Factor” Event Outcomes and Client Feedback
Stage design and audio/visual elements were where this event truly came to life. The use of square and 16:9 LED walls throughout the space allowed us to seamlessly switch between graphic content and IMAG, depending on which one was needed. The Samaritan’s Purse North American Ministries Team and the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team were both excited about the results and overall execution.
This was our team’s first large project since Cosbie Hollenbeck took over the company and, in some ways, was a test of leadership and operations. We’re happy to say the results were phenomenal and met or exceeded past events on every front.
