Cortland Living is a multifamily developer based in Atlanta, GA. Every year, they hold a conference for their 950+ associates, and that event is Cortland Prime. This event spanned several days and required the full stack of our expertise. Here’s how it went with our two teams working together!
Cortland Prime’s Key Goals
Cortland Prime’s leadership team brought us in from the start. Having hosted events in the past, they knew what had been missing, and their focus was on strategic and creative ways to communicate key messaging to attendees. They wanted to show a high degree of appreciation and love to enrich and empower associate relationships.
Event Challenges
This was a round three location for the Cortland Prime event, so they felt the challenge was to keep the event feeling fresh despite two previous conferences in the same location.

We were so glad we were brought in on day one for this event. This gave us plenty of time to immerse ourselves in the culture and vibe of the event. We immediately began brainstorming in the Creative Concept Development phase to devise new components and attractions that would elevate the event and differentiate it from previous years.

Event Outcomes and Client Feedback
The Cortland Prime event featured multiple main-stage events, breakout sessions, concerts, party activities, an award show, and so much more. It was well attended by eager and engaged attendees who thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
